Every year, we offer our congregation the opportunity to purchase poinsettias in honor of or in memory of a loved one to beautify the sanctuary during the Christmas season.  If you would like to participate, please place $8 for each poinsettia plant you desire to purchase in the flower envelope found in Sunday bulletins or at the Hospitality desk.  Be sure to indicate on the front of the envelope your name, whether it is in honor or in memory of someone, and the person(s) name(s).  Please print clearly.  Sunday, December 10, is the deadline for placing your order.  Flowers may be taken home after worship services on Christmas Eve.

Did you know?  The shape of the poinsettia flower and leaves are sometimes thought as a symbol of the Star of Bethlehem which led the Wise Men to Jesus.  The red colored leaves symbolize the blood of Christ and the white leaves represent His purity.  Thank you for sharing your poinsettia plants to bring added beauty and meaning to Lighthouse services and all who attend during the Christmas season.  Merry Christmas!
