Scott graduated from Biola University (La Mirada, CA) with an B.A. in Intercultural Studies and two minors in Christian Ministries and Biblical Studies (2012). He went on to work as a Wilderness Counselor in North Carolina, where he spent time living in the woods and ministering to at-risk boys. From there he began working as the Small Groups and Missions Pastor of a local church leading groups, missions trips and enjoying watching God move in the lives of that congregation.
Scott is excited to be working with the youth and young adults. He is passionate about God’s Word, and seeing God rightly glorified. Scott and his wife, Carissa, have been married since November 2015. They have two dogs, Bristol and Bruin. Scott likes black coffee, reading, surfing and spending time exploring God’s creation.
