The Book of Ecclesiastes
10:30 a.m. - Church, Rooms 5 & 6
Teacher - Gil Maza
Ecclesiastes was written by a man who had more than most of us believe humanly possible. Born from a scandalous union, yet destined to be a king. His approach to God as a young man was one of such complete humility and obedience, so much so he was rewarded with the kind of wisdom that God said, “there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be.” 1 Kings 3:12-14

Know the Bible for Yourself
10:30 a.m. - Church, Room 7
Teacher - Vernon Allen
All of us know our dates of birth, social security numbers, the street we live on, and passwords to our bank accounts. But so many of us are challenged when it comes to knowing what the Bible says or if something has been added to it or something taken away from it. As children of God, shouldn’t we know the Bible for ourselves with absolute confidence of what it says or does not say just like we know our dates of birth and social security numbers? Acts 17:11b - “...the Bereans received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.”
