We love kids at Lighthouse Christian Church! It is the mission of the Children's Ministry to allow children to Know Christ and to make him Known in a safe and loving atmosphere. The first part of our mission is accomplished by providing Bible-based material in all classes. The Second Part is met by Providing approved and committed teachers and helpers.
Children's Ministry Classes
Security
Security is a high priority! Parents check in children at Check-In Stations located in the hallways outside classrooms to receive their child's name tag, child pick-up receipt and an info label to give the teacher. In the event you are needed, your child's number will appear in the visual pager located in each room. A child is released only to those with a pick-up receipt. Background screening are run on ALL adult volunteers working with children.

Nursery
Nursery care is Provided during both services in room 1. We also have a cry room, where you can sit and watch the service your baby if you prefer that instead, this is located just right across the nursery.
First Look
First look is a curriculum designed for preschoolers to teach them that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever. Kids enjoy crafts, music, indoor & outdoor play, and are given parent approved snacks. Offered during both services in room 3.
252 Basics
252 Basics is designed for elementary age kids. The goal of the curriculum is centered around Luke 2:52 "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men." This class is offered in both services in room 12.
Just For Kids
Just For Kids is a christian Club for boys & girls ages from 3 years old thru 5th grade. They will participate in songs, games, and Bible stories. Just For Kids takes place on Wednesday evening (sept.-may) from 6:30p.m. - 8 p.m. in room 12. All parents are invited to also attend a Bible Study at that time as well.
Children’s Choir kids
Children’s Choir kids (age 5 years through 5th grade.) gather in Room 12a on Wednesdays (Sept.-May) from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. to practice songs to be performed during special services throughout the school year. Bring your kids each week for a fun time of singing and learning God’s Word through music.
